Finally, they must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a professional agency, Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk, supervising staff, and ensuring that all guests receive a positive and welcoming experience. Your key duties will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff adherence to hotel policies and procedures, and providing guests with exceptional customer service. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of hotel booking systems and be able to manage room allocations efficiently.

We are looking for experienced security officers who have the ability to maintain a high level of customer service, stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.
